X11 - Secure Shell ClientDownload and install X11 on your Macintosh computer so that you can run graphical user interface (GUI) based applications from biolinux. Click here to download X11 for Mac OS X.After installing X11, open an X11 terminal and type the following to log into Biolinux: ssh -X ONYEN@biolinux.bio.unc.eduReplace the text 'ONYEN' above with your own ONYEN, and enter your UNC ONYEN password when prompted. The '-X' turns on X11 forwarding allowing GUI applications to run from Biolinux on your Mac.
